No, there’s no membership or renewal fee. You’ll be automatically enrolled when you place your first order using the QR code. Your phone number is the unique identifier and you will be able to redeem your offers only when you place your order using the same number.

Visit any Smoke House Deli outlet, scan the QR code on your table, log in with your mobile number, and view or redeem your available rewards while ordering. Alternatively, you can also say hello in our chatbot to know your membership benefits.

Rewards appear in your account instantly when you place an order through the QR code. They are based on your current tier and spends.

No, rewards and coupons are only valid for dine-in orders.

How do I receive my birthday reward?2025-08-20T19:03:09+00:00

In order to redeem your birthday benefits, you will have to sign-up using your details via the WhatsApp chatbot at least a month before your birthday. Once registered you will not be able to change the date.

You will receive a communication from Smoke House official number to choose your birthday benefit, post that it will add be added to your account and will be valid for the entire birthday month.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. If you use an offer from Swiggy or Zomato, no coupon offers from Smoke House Deli can be redeemed.
  2. Membership is non-transferable.
  3. Member’s mobile number will be his/her/their unique identification number to access their membership.
  4. Upon successful registration, members accept that the membership is governed by these terms & conditions and may be amended from time to time.
  5. There is no membership fee for registration.
  6. Some rewards are subject to change basis stock availability and will be replaced by rewards of either same or higher value.
  7. To redeem your coupons, visit your nearest Smoke House Deli outlet. Scan the QR code on your table, login with your registered mobile number and redeem your available coupons.
  8. Some offers can only be redeemed offline, please request the server for this and they will do the required.
  9. The birthday offer is available only if you’ve shared your date of birth with us at least one month in advance. We regularly send profile completion forms so you can update your profile. Once your details are updated, the birthday offer will unlock and can be redeemed via QR code at any Smoke House Deli outlet.
  10. The unlimited cocktails offer is valid only when a table of two guests is seated. If the table has more than two guests, the restaurant reserves the right to refuse the offer.
  11. The validity of coupons accumulated in any calendar year will vary for each coupon.
  12. Only one coupon can be redeemed in one order.
  13. Milestone offers are limited to one redemption per month.
  14. Coupons cannot be redeemed on discounted items or offers under offers and deals and package deals
  15. Loyalty coupon offers are not applicable on cash payment mode.
  16. Coupons are not valid on the purchase of tobacco or tobacco-related products.
  17. Periodic updates on the number of ‘coupons accumulated’ and ‘coupons nearing expiry’ shall be sent to members on their mobile numbers through text messages.
  18. The coupons, benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
  19. Above rewards cannot be claimed or accrued on corporate reservations (already at special pricing).
  20. The use of the privileges and associated benefits are deemed to be an acceptance of terms and conditions.
  21. Management reserves the right to terminate the membership with all benefits forfeited without prior notice if the member:
    1. Breaches any membership terms and conditions
    2. Behaves in an unruly manner while on the premises
  22. All terms and conditions are subject to change as per the discretion of management.
  23. We strictly adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to individuals under the legal drinking age, as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided. All guests who wish to avail any loyalty offer (with alcohol as a benefit) may be required to present valid identification as proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide satisfactory proof of legal drinking age.
  24. In compliance with government regulations, all beverages, including alcoholic drinks, purchased, or served at our restaurant must be consumed within the premises. Guests are not permitted to take bottles or any other alcoholic beverages outside the restaurant.
  25. Offers under Smoke House Deli Member’s Club will not be applicable on special occasions, such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or other designated dates. The final decision regarding the applicability of these offers will rest entirely with the respective outlet’s management.
